Dear Boulevard Veterinary Clinic & Union Animal Hospital Family,

Due to the growing concerns with the Coronavirus(Covid-19), we would like to assure our clients that the necessary precautions are being taken at Boulevard Veterinary Clinic and Union Animal Hospital. The safety and wellbeing of our clients, patients and team members remains our highest priority. We are committed to making every client's experience safe and so we’ve increased the frequency of our already strict cleaning procedures.

We also want to assure our clients that current expert understanding is that COVID-19 is primarily transmitted person-to-person. We understand this situation continues to evolve quickly and we will be monitoring it closely.

  • To minimize social interaction we are asking our clients to stay in your vehicles and give us a call once you’ve arrived.
  • A technician will meet you at your car and will escort your pet into the hospital for the exam. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.
  • Once your pet has been examined the doctor will call you with the medical findings/ assessment of your pet .
  • At the conclusion of your appointment we will call you for payment. A staff member will then escort your pet back to the car.
  • We will also be offering curbside service for prescriptions and food pick up. We ask clients to call ahead and pay over the phone. A staff member will bring the product to the car.

Based on current guidance and our own standards and practices we will remain open while closely monitoring the guidance of the CDC and local authorities.
